Salon Tech, a leading manufacturer of professional hair appliances, looked to expand it's business into the keratin treatment market. To succeed in this highly competitive atmosphere, the product package had to excite, with elegance and modern style.
The venture proved to be successful with Salon Tech Keratin Straightening System being distributed to beauty supply chains and salons, worldwide.
The bottle's design exhibits a sense of quiet elegance, yet demands attention. The diagonal lines give a sense of movement and change, while reflecting what the product actually does, straightens hair. The colored mosaic bands exhibit technology, while symbolizing the various nutrients and elements that make the treatment. The color coding is in three steps: blues for cleaning, reds for thermal reconstruction, and purples, the final result.
Initial concepts were presented on rough 3D renderings. The original bottle was set to be white. The decision was made to switch the bottle to black in order to coincide with the line of Salon Tech hair appliances. Many ideas were executed including a pixeled look, reflecting nutrients and ingredients bonding to a surface, as well as shapes that mimic pathways on a circuit board.
Bright colors were used on black to convey a sense of power and attraction. Ultimately the design was stripped down to a minimal, clean, elegant feel.
Reebok needed a creative, dynamic, innovative way to promote their new shoe, the Zigtech Shark. These shoes feature Reebok’s patented Zigtech sole technology, in shark tooth form.
Worked wiith C42D Creative, and initial concepts were explored. It seemed only natural to morph the shoe into a shark swimming in a beautiful underwater atmosphere. This idea was highly praised by the company.
These high performance shoes are sold exclusively in Finish Line stores, and launched in June 2012 as a Zigtech Shark store takeover. Numerous display graphics were produced including 3D pop-up window signs, shoe wall panel graphics, and exterior store banners. An extremely exciting fun project.
Sola is a line of personal massagers that aims to bridge the gap between sexual health, relaxation, and overall wellness. The brand has adopted a clean sophisticated style taking from beauty, health and technology aesthetics. The design takes a “less is more” approach, calming and quiet, yet confident and dignified. Careful consideration was taken into every aspect of the packaging and internal structure with the goal, a uniquely satisfying unboxing experience. Package concepts were initially sketched, rendered in Cinema 4D, hand mockups were constructed and finally, mechanical artwork was designed and sent to production. A clean white die-cut outer sleeve could be removed to reveal a discreet inner box that could be used for the storage of the product in the home. Opening the inner box reveals the Sola in its fitted tray. Lifting the product tray reveals the lower level containing the storage pouch and charging cable in their own individual boxes. The inner boxes sport beautiful yet sophisticated color blends of different hues. The colors work to give each product its personality yet the brand works together as a cohesive whole. Sola was designed to appeal to everyone, all-inclusive and empower its users.
Sola’s packaging has been praised by the sexual wellness community, being nominated for an Excellence in Packaging award by XBiz, the industry’s leading publication.
I teamed with The Topps Company to create this very special 1-of-1 digital collectible. The NFT sold for a final price of 175 ETH ($470,711.50 USD). The second-highest sports NFT ever on OpenSea. Not only was this the second-highest sports NFT ever sold on OpenSea, but is now the third-highest sports NFT ever sold.
Teamed with DoubleDown.Digital to create a logo, brand identity, and packaging for Heritage Rice Co., a family-owned company with a rich history of farming in the United States. The logo illustration was based on an original photograph given to me by the company’s founder. It is executed in a woodcut style to set a vintage tone. Brand style guidelines were delivered, complete with alternate logos, font standards, and photography guidelines. The packaging artwork was created along to brand standards for 4 different types of rice and sent to production. The company was extremely happy with their new brand and its crucial role in expanding their business.

Schag’s is a very unique pleasure product as it is designed to look like a traditional beer can. With three different brews, each with beautiful striking color schemes, Schag’s quickly became an incredibly hot item in the industry. I created the brand name, logo, can design, and POP display. I also took these lifestyle photos on location at a local bar. Only the finest!

The DNC and RNC are major coverage opportunities for network news. MSNBC went all out in setting up shop in Charlotte and Tampa, and they wanted to make their presence known. Enter Jack Morton Production Design Group and me. Working together we were able to carry the MSNBC brand to all its live broadcast locations, with large outdoor stages, numerous banners, and signage, and even the skybox set designs inside the arenas
Experiential design on a massive scale. The project required great attention to detail and organization due to the amount and variety of printed material. In the end, everything wound up a success. It's always a rewarding experience to see your work on television.

These are selected works created for Blush Novelties. When a new product was introduced I often took command of the whole brand, tackling logo and brand identity, packaging, supporting lifestyle photography, promotional materials such as POP displays, and print/digital advertisements. Here are some of the packaging and display solutions. I have produced a great amount of work for Blush and am currently going through my archives to share new projects every day, so stay tuned.
These are branding elements, and graphic modules designed for Blush’s Amazon A Plus pages, targeting men. The aesthetic is to get away from the traditional “sex toy shop” look, to show a more sophisticated side of men’s sexual wellness products. It’s e-commerce branding for a new generation of health-conscious, men’s products.
Series of catalog layout concepts for WAC Lighting’s AISPIRE brand.
A collection of my favorite logo projects. I take a sort of chameleon approach when it comes to logo design. These are in a wide variety of styles for a wide variety of businesses. Each logo is custom-crafted for its specific purpose. It can be challenging, but it never gets boring.
In 2010 Kiss Nails held about 77% of the artificial nail market worldwide. The brand needed a revamp, with alluring imagery and a touch of class. Major graphic elements were retained to maintain market recognition, while new seductive color palettes were introduced.
Beauty shots were carefully selected and retouched. This Kiss customer is a woman aged 18 and up, who is beauty and fashion-conscious, appreciates high-end products, but doesn't want to spend high-end prices. Her style is natural, sophisticated yet sexy. The Kiss Red and swoosh remained from the previous packaging. This is to let the consumer know they can still expect the same quality they've to know from the brand, yet improvement is happening. A sexy color palette of burgundy and dark purples was introduced. This gave a luxurious feel, enabled the nails to stand out, and made the entire box more visible on light-colored peg walls of stores. These colors were printed with a matte finish, which allowed the r glossy red to really pop. Kiss Nails are sold in Walmart, Target, and just about every major drug store in the country. Kiss Nails have been introduced to beauty markets in Europe, South America, and Asia.
Kiss needed a new, innovative, eye-popping method to package their line of professional quality beauty implements. After research, 3D renders, and numerous conceptual rounds, a solution was achieved with a contoured PET full clamshell.
I designed the Blush’s tradeshow booth for the 2019 ADC Expo in Shanghai, China. The show is Asia’s largest adult toy tradeshow. It was a really fun exciting project to work on. The concept was sketched originally and then rendered in CInema 4D. We delivered the renders and vector wall elevations to the booth fabricators. It was built at the show. The booth and its purple facade was a hit, attracting the attention of many international buyers. For the company, this was a tradeshow presentation like never before.
This was a concept of a bottle label for Blush to give as a holiday gift. The label featured some handcrafted type, vectored out. It was a very fun project.
A tremendous breakout product for Kiss Products under the Broadway Nail brand. This is marketed in major chains worldwide and also supported by a multi-million dollar T.V. ad campaign with spokesperson Nicole Scherzinger.
Much thought went into the packaging of this product. A PET box was chosen to house the unique primary packaging shape. This gave an unobtrusive feel that draws attention to the bottle and most of all, the nails.
Goldfinger Nails are sold in beauty supply stores nationwide. Kiss needed new vibrant branding and packaging to revamp the line. The packaging was intended to attract, with a bit of bling and class. Different nails were sold for different situations, Posh Queen for a fun, party look, and Elegant Lady for a more sophisticated style.

Big League Pillows™ are personalized pillows that are officially licensed by the NBA, NFL, MLB and the NHL. The pillows are designed to look exactly like each team’s official jersey. I took the design lead on the licensed pillows and crafted them to look as authentic as possible, using the teams’ brand standards as my guide. The NBA retro editions were created by referencing photographs of the teams’ iconic historical jerseys. In addition, I created a shipping box, web/social graphics, and retouched lifestyle images for the brand. These pillows are a sure way to excite the biggest or littlest fans.

These are some quick animations to support Sola Egg’s launch. The product was introduced with an Indiegogo campaign. These animations were part of the main pitch video. There are two animations, the main title screen, and a tech specs / exploded view animation. They were animated in Cinema 4D and finalized in After Effects. The music in the Tech Specs video is my original composition called Roxy Moxy.
This is a collection of various, sports-related posts on my personal Instagram page. These include; NBA player-of-the-game graphics, an April Fool’s, Odell Beckham Jr. traded post with a jersey swap, a Pete Alonso appreciation post, an original Francisco Lindor, 3D animated baseball card with a jersey swap (the day he was traded to the Mets), and a Giants/Cowboys QB matchup video.
I have a passion for 3D. In the fall of 2018, I took on an exciting personal project. Although I have been using Cinema 4D for quite some time, there was still plenty for me to learn about the program. I decided to tackle what I called a “C4D Challenge”. The goal was to follow a C4D tutorial every day on something new, render, and share to Instagram. I was able to learn some exciting new skills and techniques. Topics covered included, loft nurbs, random effectors, animation using a particle emitter, post-production in After Effects, caustics, depth of field in C4D, using VRay, volumetric lighting, and more.

Brand development and apparel designs for a Bout Boxing. The logo depicts an abstract B that also references a boxing glove, as well as the ropes from a ring. Numerous graphic elements were created to convey a cohesive brand personality with some flavor, grit, and attitude. The design process consisted of exploring many marks symbolizing converging gloves, forces, and iterations of the B.
